Hi Alex, Eadon here, the 'painter' of the cartoons :) To answer your question, these days I use 'The GIMP' to draw the cartoons. The GIMP is far far more powerful than 'Microsoft Paint' and it is free. I use Linux as my operating system, and therefore I use the Linux version of The Gimp. You can get a free Windows version here:
http://www2.arnes.si/~sopjsimo/gimp/stable.html
If this link doesn't work any more, rest assured, you can obtain a free version of The Gimp for windows from somewhere on the web, type 'Gimp windows' in a search engine until you find a suitable site you can download it from, a site that doesn't require you to register/pay (unless you want to). Having said that, if you are happy with The Gimp, then give the writers of that software, www.gimp.org a small donation (I have): support open source (free) software! It's an excellent cause. The Gimp website is www.gimp.org - The Gimp takes a little getting used to, but it is a beautiful program. I don't need Photoshop or any other photo/drawing/graphics program, any more, to be sure!
