Comment:I first met my future husband when I was 18. When I was 12 my friend and I used to stop off on the way home and buy an ice cream or sweets from a dairy (corner shop). Years later I found out that the dairy was owned by my husband's father and my husband was working there when I was 12. I also found out that a couple of years after that he lived in a flat in the same suburb as my mother's hairdressing salon - quite a long way from the dairy. In fact he used to go to my mother's shop to get his hair cut.

Subject:My guy
Comment:When I was 20 I decided to move into a 'roommate' type of household. Being female I knew well enough that I didnt want other female roommates. So I found a situation with these 2 guys. I met them and thought they were great. I asked my mom to come meet them so she could give me her take on the guys. So my mom and I went and talked with them. After we left I asked my mom what she thought. She said they were great guys and she approved. She said 'Any man that has a cat, and loves his cat the way those guys do. You know that they are decent repectable people.' She went on to say..'Someday when you get married you should choose that kind of guy'. Well, years and many boyfriends later I met a guy who I thought was little troll at first. But we became good friends. He wanted to date but I kept refusing because I just got out of a relationship and thought he was such a great guy, that I didnt want to hurt him. After about a year I finally gave in to my little troll (haha) and began a relationship with him. The interesting part is that he is the only man I ever dated that owned a cat. Boy does he loves his cat and me. Now we are engaged...Moms know everything...Dont they?!!!!

Comment:MY FRIEND AND I WENT TO A CLUB WHERE WE BOTH MET A GIRL, SAMANTHA. WE WERE BOTH ATTRACTED TO HER. SOME HOW BY ACTS OF DECEIT I ENDED UP WITH THE NUMBER OF SAM'S SISTER AND MY FRIEND WITH HERS. MY FRIEND TRIED TO GET INTIMATE WITH SAMANTHA BUT THE GIRL KEPT BLOWING MY FRIEND OFF, SAYING SHE HAD A GIRLFRIEND. SOMEHOW ONE DAY WITH THE HELP OF BACARDI ME AND SAMANTHA MAKE OUT. . . THAT WAS A FEW MONTHS AGO... SINCE THEN WE HAVE SHARED MANY CONVERSATIONS ONLY TO LEARN OF ALL THE SIGNIFICANT COINCIDENCES . . FOR INSTANCE HER MIDDLE NAME'S ARE THAT OF MY EX, AND MY SISTER. WE BOTH SHARE THE FIFTH DAY OF TWO DIFFERENT MONTHS AS OUR BDAYS. MINE JAN 5TH, HER'S APRIL 5TH. . . MY DAUGHTERS BDAY IS NOV 26TH, HER SON'S NOV 25TH. HER FULL NAME INCLUDES THREE MIDDLE NAMES AND SO DO MINE... AND I'VE FINALLY MET SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY LOOK FOR ANSWERS PLAYING THE CARD GAME SOLITAIRE (SILLY, I KNOW. BUT ANOTHER COINCIDENCE.) . . . . AND TO TOP IT OFF HER GOOD FRIEND DIED SOME TIME AGO . . AND THE ONLY THING SHE HAS LEFT IS A PAIR OF EARRINGS THAT ARE THE SAME EXACT NAME AS MINE (REAL NAME). DOES THIS MEAN WE BELONG OR JUST INNOCENT COINCIDENCES?? -AMAZED

Comment:I will try not to drag this out. For the past 6 months I have believed in co-incidence alot more lately. About 3 years ago my ex and I built a new home, there was a plumbing issue that the housing company looked after by sending out a couple of guys to fix. When the second guy walked in he looked over at me and I looked straight at him and instantly felt this weird sensation. When he left he looked back toward me as he was walking down the hall to leave. Fast forward 12 months, I decided to look for a new job and the company that built my house were advertising a role to be filled. I applied for the job and I got it, relieved to know I didn't have to travel to the city anymore and scored something closer to home. The first day on the job, the back door opened and I saw this guy walk in, he gave a quick glance over toward me, I thought oh my god, thats the guy I saw in my house a year ago doing the maintenace, I recognised him, funny enough, by his ears! Anyway as the weeks rolled by, I found my self with an overwhelming feeling of intense attraction. I thought I was going out of my mind. As time went on we began looking at each other quite alot. (continued in next post...)

Comment:Not long after starting this job, I decided that I wanted to seperate from my husband (this had been coming for sometime) due to a number of reasons and also thinking that it wasn't fair to stay with someone I no longer loved the way I use to, and to also be reeling with thoughts of this guy in my mind. I tried to ignore the feelings I was experiencing, but whenever he came into the office, even thought I wouldn't know he was there, we would always bump into each other. I would be thinking about him and walk out of my office, and he will be walking directly toward me, this has happened a number of times, even though he only comes in about once a week. On another day, we walked past each other and after passing each other, we both turned around at the same time to look at each other. One day when I was out the back of the office I was saying to myself, that Im ok when his not around, but when he is around I feel like I lose myself, coming back in from outside, I walked in the door and sure enough he comes directly around the corner nearly bumping into me. I cursed the universe for playing tricks on my heart! I confided in a work collegue of mine and she informed him of my attraction towards him. His response were the words, wow awesome, well after my friend told me I was over the moon thinking, he must like me aswell. I cannot get him off my mind and to me I feel we are both attracted to each other, but alas, nothing has eventuated. I am just intrigued, and dont really fully understand, the co-incidences that have occurred in leading me towards him. Only time will tell I guess!

Comment:Recently, my supermarket offered a special: buy a $300 gift card and it will be loaded with $330. Since 10% is a better return than I'm getting anywhere else, I took them up on it. After eight purchases my balance was exactly zero. I didn't plan it, it just happened. This seemed so unlikely, that I called the number on the back of the card, and indeed, it had really happened. The purchases were for the following amounts: $115.49, $6.48, $6.20, $2.56, $6.27, $84.65, $102.61, and $5.74. Total: exactly $330.00
