Comment:We also put too many of the wrong sort of criminals into prison. A prison should be a place to keep menaces in society out of society, not simply a punishment centre. Tax evaders and people who defend their possessions and family are not a big risk to the general public. Burglars, muggers, rapists et all are! But these kind of criminals are routinely left to re-offend. It is indeed a crime for prisoners to be idle all day. They should be doing something to benefit society. How about a giant treadmill for the generation of electricty?

Comment:I agree with you so much I think I'm gonna cry... What the hell has happened to this country? The government isn't going to do anything about it because they're all weak minded idiots. The real kick in the ass is that nothing's ever going to change. Everybody you will ever meet knows the solutions to these problems, but none of them are ever likely to run for Prime Minister. The only people who become politicians are those who were bullied at school and like being in charge. This country's gone soft and I think I know the cause... There are several key ways to fix things, most were already pointed out by you. Interestingly, most are in use in America. Here are a few: *Un-wanted assylum seekers should be turned around. A plane ticket costs less than clothes, a house a job etc. *Crime has sky-rocketed recently (thanks to the latest policies), especially gun crime. Police should be armed and just shoot anyone threatening them. The little tubes of CS spray they have now doesn't do much against a shotgun. *And what about the death penalty? It times gone by, anyone who was affiliated with a gun in a crime was hung. That's the right idea! But now they have a better chance of escaping with one than without. Bring back the death penalty and- while you're at it, sod lethal injections ang go back to the chair. *The music industry should be annihalated. No-one gives a sh*t that everyone's copying CDs. Getting inside our PCs is an invasion of privacy and they should just bugger off. Finally, this country blows and will soon be uninhabitable. I'd like to write more but there's a limit. I say that if Saddam wants to destroy the world and exstinct us all, that's better than the slow death our civilization's looking at now!

Comment:It has recently come to my attention that a BRITISH citizen living in ENGLAND needs to apply for planning permission to fly the UNION JACK outside his ENGLISH house, because it might upset the Pakistani immigrants. Hooooly hell! If the Pakistanis are offended by our flag, why the f*ck did they come to live here?

Subject:Union Flag
Comment:I hope you are not being serious here, because if you are it shows a complete predjudice on your part. An amendment to the 1993 Local Government Regulations specifically exempts our national flags from planning restriction. This means that, where before we needed local planning permission to raise a flagpole (often very difficult if not nearly impossible to get), we can now do so without applying for Local Government consent providing it is to fly the flags of the UK, England, Scotland or Wales

Comment:I completely agree with everything you have said - I have held similar views for years and have subsequently been labeled with every ...ist you can imagine. (racist etc). One other thing which has been in the media rather a lot lately is the 'anti-smacking' law which thankfully has not been passed. I agree with the disciplining of kids - I myself have not been left untouched by the heel of a scholl sandal, however I now have more morals than anybody I know. Kids are getting away with too much. I wouldn't think twice about giving a random kid a clip around the ear for calling somebody a (and I quote) 'paki bitch'. not that it matters but incidentally I happen to be a white national that can't stand racism in any form from anybody. Give kids a slap! I'm not condoning abuse but they need to know the difference from right and wrong - I don't want to hear verbal offensive abuse from an eight year old. Maybe the aged folk of this country would then feel a little safer. (most of the crime I hear about against the aged is commited by young teens). After all we, hopefully are ALL going there someday. Thankyou for the reading - after the first illness I was hooked! Illness: All of our politicians are fumbling in the dark and not listening to the public Cure:Jim Eadon for PM!!

Comment:Main reason? We refuse to embrace Euro ideology and have instead become the pathetic poodle of warmonger Bush and his paymasters. We now look and talk like the vermin too thanks to Sky television bombarding us with their trash television. There is no coming back.....if you can, leave these shores now.

Subject:The Sweet Secret of my Success
Comment:You'll notice that my favoured policies are a strange mixture of right wing, middle of the road and left wing. I take every point on its own merits, depending on how many votes it is going to win me, rather than conform to the ultimately abstract definition of what is right wing and what is left. And hey! Maybe I am wrong on some points. Who isn't? Maybe I will change my mind over time over my electoral promises as I did on countless of occasions before. That is the open-minded approach. The absence of U-turns is as at least as suspicious as their presence. At the end of the day one needs to pull the wool over the eyes of EVERYBODY, not just The Opposition. This is the secret of my success. (Tony Blair)

Subject:exams
Comment:Being at school, I get increasingly angry at claims that exams are getting easier. Have you actually ever taken a GCSE? I think you will find that it takes a tremendous amount of work to get a good grade. Your claim that A's are commonplace is also misleading. At my school, many people I know did get A's and A*'s but then the people I know are very conscientious and hard working. They did not get their results for free. With all the meia attention about exams being easier, you never hear about those who get bad results, because it just isn't newsworthy. Yet 46% at my school failed their exams, and this is above the national average. Go into less affluent areas, for example in London where incidences of poverty are relatively high and I think you will find a much lower pass rate. And aren't the younger generations meant to be more intelligent than their parents? I think that the media has again misrepresented all teenagers as lazy and unambitious who would prefer to sit around smoking dope than do something worthwhile, which, whilst in some cases is true this is grossly overlooking the majoity of us. So please do not say these things without actual evidence. Unless you have taken a modern examination, please do not sling these things out before you know anything about them. I find comments like that derogatory and take achievement away from those who have really worked for it.

Comment:I agree with most of the things you said on your site exept for the piece on smoking. All smokers realise how the habbit affects their health and yet they still do it. Perhaps it's because they are repeatedly bullied into into stopping the behaviour. Have you ever been told to stop doing something? Makes you want to do it all the more doesn't it? The same applies to drinking and drugs. I don't believe the government cares a fig if people get sick from it, all they want to do is intrude into peoples lives and tell them what they should do (and of course there's always a financial incentive or a vote winning innitiative behind their thinking). We are not too far away from being controlled permanently by either Brussells or Downing Street, what we should all be careful of is allowing them to dictate to us HOW we should lead our lives. This country had it about right after the 2nd world war. We were all left to live our lives as we saw fit. Try telling an ex-Commando that he can't have a cigarette after he's spent 6 years fighting the war! We had discipline in our schools and in our families. We had respect for our teachers and the police who returned that respect by being respectable & honest. We were proud of our country. We flew our Union Jack at every opportunity and we sang Rule Brittania. Watch out you youngsters! You have no idea how your country has changed or how your life will be changed if we keep going down this route. It makes no difference which government we have in power, they are all pandying to the Businesses and the Human Rights and the health & Safety groups - GOD HELP US!

Subject:Mass immigration - send them all home!
Comment:I agree totally. The majority of British people don't want the hordes of foreigners who are now flooding into Britian and bleeding us dry. The foreigners take our jobs, putting us on the dole and - as an added insult - send their wages back to their own country, meaning they don't contribute to the British economy at all. New Labour propaganda. They also complain about our traditions and won't integrate at all; they get preference over native people for council houses. This corrupt, anti-British government will probably be surprised when it kicks off as is inevitable. Only the ignorant, anti-British, left-wing bigots oppose us now and they are the true racists - descriminating against native british taxpayers and their families!
