| Comment: | I think that Jim is totally wrong. If Paris and Helen where potrayed as not so though characters that is quite allright. What is wrong with showing your true self. Hector was though and mighty because he had to be. He went to allot of wars and saw many men die and has killed many men. He has changed and is not the person he was when he didn't have the image of anyone dying in front of him. Paris in the other hand is still young. He hasn't killed anyone or nor did he see anyone die in fron to him. Helen also had no time to become a though, courageous women.She was forced into marriage by her parents to someone she does not love. I don't think you would be so though if you where forced to do something like that. Not everyone is the same. Do you think that everyone was though long ago? No. The movie shows that not everone was though. Some where scared. That's fine. It shows that not everyone is perfect. |

| Comment: | I loved ERIC BANA in this movie. I've watched this movie dozens of times and it is great . The reason being because it was updated to modern times. Forget about all those ancient people out there that wanted to see The Illiad. The movie was due for an upgrade. Good job Woolf and sexy Bana. |
