| Comment: | Pride is my middle name...i think people who aren't proud of themselves truly lack some self esteem...enough with this sinful garbage...theres nothing sinful about having a little pride within yourself. I'll be the last person who will separte themselves from the characteristic of pride just so that i can make others feel that their abilites aren't less worthy than mine. I like having pride and their isn't a damn thing you can do about it |

sloth you have to get of you butt.
glutteny you have to give.
to name a couple.
but pride given the choice most people would thruogh themselves into a bottomless pit rather than give someone else the spotlight for a minute. |

| Comment: | hey alesha. let me tell you about a wonderful little concept we have. forget all your bible beating crap for a second and free your mind to logical thought. there is a fantastic concept called moderation. it goes like this: a bit of one thign is good for us, but too much or not enough is bad. for example carbohydrates. If we dont have any carbohydrates we die. (thats bad). if we have too many we dont get that rippling toned six pack. (also bad). so we need to find a middle ground, to keep us healthy. the same is with pride. if we have too much pride we end up being complete tools. if we have no pride like you mis interpreting bible beaters want to acheive, we end up like the cynical members of generation x that never come out of their houses that live down the street from you. you see, moderation is the key. | Comment: | ...I think what the bible is talkin about is havin sooooo much pride in ourselves that we forget that it is God that provides for us and blesses us wit our talents, or gifts, good looks...or whatever!!! And God doesn't like when u don't acknowledge that EVERYTHING comes from Him (which is understandable) if u gave ur child the most beautiful gift ever and he didn't even acknowledge that u gave it to him, wouldn't u be pissed, I would!!! And why is it that 'Christians' have to be bible 'thumpers', 'bashers' or all those other things y'all call us!!! Funny how non-Christian call for tolerance, understandin and openmindedness, except when it comes to Christianity, the same rules don't apply but whatever...Jesus still loves y'all!!! |

I can be a complete asshole and come up with some loony new laws like stoning unfaithful women to death, because I chose to misinterpret the Bible in a manner that suited my political agenda. But that's alright, I'm holier than thou, I am beyong reproach, because I label myself a 'Christian.' Forget common sense, most self-called 'Christians' are fools. |
